Effective Date: December 20, 2025

OneShot Air Conditioning, Inc. (“OneShot Air Conditioning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or use our website (the “Site”) or contact us for services.

By using our Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you provide to us, (2) information collected automatically when you use our Site, and (3) information from service providers and platforms you choose to interact with.

A. Information you provide to us

When you submit a form, contact us, or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Message content, such as the type of service you need or a description of your issue

Note: We do not collect your home address through our website forms at this time. Address details are typically collected later through phone, text, or other communication as needed to schedule service.

B. Information collected automatically

When you browse our Site, we (and service providers acting on our behalf) may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information

  • Pages viewed and links clicked

  • Approximate location (such as city/region, derived from IP address)

  • Referring/exit pages and timestamps

  • General usage data about how you interact with the Site

This information may be collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

C. Information from third parties

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive information from:

  • Website and marketing service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with customers

  • Advertising and analytics platforms (for example, Google, and potentially Meta platforms) that help measure site performance and advertising effectiveness (if/when enabled)

  • Social platforms if you choose to interact with our content or ads (if used)

2) How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for business and operational purposes, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

  • Provide customer service, including scheduling and service-related communication

  • Operate and improve our Site, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring

  • Send service and account communications, such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups

  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law (you can opt out—see Section 7)

  • Measure and improve advertising (for example, understanding which campaigns bring visitors to our Site), if/when enabled

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and protect our business and customers

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies

3) How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

A. Service providers

We may share your information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, such as:

  • Website hosting and maintenance providers

  • Communication tools (email and SMS providers)

  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics, if/when enabled)

  • Advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, and potentially Meta platforms, if/when enabled)

These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us and for legitimate business purposes.

B. Advertising and measurement (important clarification)

If/when we run advertising, we may use tools that help us:

  • Measure ad performance (for example, whether someone visited our Site after seeing an ad)

  • Reach people who may be interested in our services

Depending on the tools we enable, certain information (like browser/device identifiers or events such as a page visit) may be processed by advertising partners to provide measurement and reporting. We do not share your phone number for third-party marketing and we do not sell personal information for money.

C. Legal and safety reasons

We may share information if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, court order, or legal process

  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, the public, or our business

  • Investigate and prevent fraud, security issues, or other harmful activity

D. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable law.

E. Aggregated / de-identified data

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you (for example, overall site traffic trends).

4) Text Messages (SMS) and Phone Communications

If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text for service-related and business purposes.

A. Service-related messages

We may send texts related to:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders

  • Service updates and follow-ups

  • Customer support communications

B. Marketing texts

If you opt in (or where permitted by law), we may also send marketing texts. You can opt out at any time.

C. Automated and manual messaging

Our texting may be manual, automated, or a mix of both. Right now, messaging is primarily manual, and we may use additional tools in the future.

D. Opting out of SMS

You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@oneshotair.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Opting out of marketing texts may not stop essential service/transactional messages (such as appointment-related messages), where allowed by law.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide services and communicate with you

  • Maintain business records

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

6) Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and collect usage information.

A. How we use cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Help the Site function properly

  • Understand how visitors use the Site

  • Improve user experience and performance

  • Support advertising measurement and campaign effectiveness (if/when enabled)

B. Google Analytics (and similar tools)

If/when enabled, we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our Site. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device, browser, and activity on the Site.

C. Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can usually:

  • Delete cookies

  • Block cookies

  • Receive alerts before cookies are stored

If you block or delete cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended.

7) Your Choices

A. Email marketing

If we send marketing emails, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send important service-related messages.

B. SMS marketing

You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

C. Cookies

You can manage cookies via your browser settings (see Section 6).

D. Advertising choices (if applicable)

If/when we run digital advertising, you may have options to control interest-based advertising through your device settings, browser settings, and industry opt-out tools offered by certain advertising organizations. Note that opting out is often browser- and device-specific.

8) Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. At this time, our Site does not respond to DNT signals in a uniform way because there is no widely accepted standard for how to interpret them. You can still limit certain tracking by managing cookies as described above.

9) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11) Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12) U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable U.S. laws. These rights can include the ability to request (subject to legal limits):

  • Access to certain personal information we maintain about you

  • Correction of inaccurate personal information

  • Deletion of certain personal information

  • Information about how we collect, use, and share personal information

We do not sell your personal information. If applicable law treats certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” for targeted advertising, you may have the right to opt out of that activity. Where required, we will honor valid opt-out requests.

To submit a request, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

13) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
